Winter Photography
I have always enjoyed photography. Even before kids. In high school (I graduated in 1998) I was known to always have a camera to document our fun times together.
When we started having children going to JcPenneys or Walmart or Sears or anywhere to be dressed up and posed in weird ways with unrealistic backdrops just did not fit my personality. Waiting in line, making sure they didn't mess up their hair or outfit, then the looking and ordering, I was a sweaty, hungry mess, not to mention my kids. It was never an enjoyable occasion.

I love taking nature pictures, especially in the mountains. When we lived in Kalispell, MT by Glacier National Park, I felt like I was in heaven. Just breathtaking all the time, all seasons. I miss it very much.
Anywho I am always learning and having fun, and since we've had an unusual amount of snow this year I found a great article that helped me set my Canon DSLR camera to catch the snowflake beauty outside my back door.
